Hi, if you have access to a copy, this Playwork handbook will help.

PW6 unit information from Play Wales - this National Occupational Standard applies to the whole of the UK.

About children's rights,

Children and young people’s entitlements under law and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

In particular that children and young people have a right to play and free time and to say what they think and be listened to about decisions that affect them.

https://www.unicef.org/rightsite/fil...ook_rights.pdf

Consider how these happen in your setting for each of the policy & procedure areas you've listed.
  • Develop group agreements with children and young people on ways of meeting their needs and rights
  • Contribute to, consult on and agree procedures that are based on these ways of meeting needs and rights
  • Provide information and guidance on these procedures to children, young people and adults in the setting
  • Observe, collect feedback and evaluate how well the procedures are working
  • Negotiate ways of improving the procedures with children, young people and adults.
Hope this helps a little a little, best wishes
