When you're working to provide the most oppportunities as possible for each child to achieve positive outcomes, reach their full potential and remain safe, different areas of expertise offer aspects of specialised knowledge and support that you, colleagues, parents, carers might not be able to offer, or currently be in a position to offer.

Experts will be focussed and in touch with organisations that inform them of relevent news, updates, advances and changes that they can use to support a setting, children and their families.

Changes to legislation, new initiatives, funding, resource suggestions, legal advice, medical help, other service providers ..

To backup your response to this criteria maybe take a look into why multi-agency, TAC and partnerships are recommended ways to ensure best practice for children - benefits

This thread examines organisations involved with safeguarding:

Vulnerable children need coodinated help from health, education, children's social care, and the voluntary sector and other agencies, often including justice services.

The importance of of partnership runs through every aspect of safeguarding from government legislation to local working.
