Default 3.4 risk assessments

Complete a risk assessment on a hazard that you have identified. How will your risk assessment help to reduce risk? A ny hely would be greatly appreciated needs to be in by friday

you would put control measures into the risk assessment to minimise the risk e.g. if you had a door that was propped open with a door wedge and the children kept shutting it and you are worried a child might get their fingers trapped in the door, you need to find something to control it, so the group would buy those things that go over the door (sorry can't think of what they are called)to stop the door from fully closing so none of the children would get their fingers trapped probably not a good example but should give you an idea.



if this doesnt help either ask your setting if you could see a risk assessment or i can send you a risk assessment for you to look at but will need an e-mail for me to do this as i need to attach it through word.

Hope it gives you a slight idea.
