Hi ya
Heres a bit of what I put and this has been signed off. Hope it helps to get u started -

There are several important factors to consider when planning activities for children. Children are individuals and some may have different needs to others, depending on age or abilities. So when planning safe and healthy environments consideration needs to be given. Some children may have specific needs, such as a disability so risks to them may be different than to other children. You should think clearly about whether the activity is suited to the environment, for example is there enough space for a physical activity such as using climbing equipment, can the children move around freely? How will younger children be supervised? It is important to look at the wider environment and not just the activity you are doing. Is the area you are using safe and secure for example. Children’s safety and welfare should always be uppermost in your mind. All planned activities should have a clear aim and objectives. Everyone in the setting is responsible for the health and safety of the children and there are policies and procedures to be followed.
