can anyone please get me started with some examples how to word this. my head is frazzled and i'v lost my flow. 2.1 identify current policies, frameworks anf influences on the early years. and 2.2 explain the impact of current polices, frameworks and influences. i have sooo had enough of all this research, writting and stress i am under by my work place and tutor to get it finished. am i finding it hard because my age(54) im great with the practical side of childcare, but the written work i am finding very hard

Hi I am a mum at (40) and trying to change my long carreer to working with children from working with people that act like children (pub trade). This unit has also got my head against the wall. Not once yet can I find the information clear to understand. Why is it so complicated? they are children who are wonderful, creative and we learn from them not some words on a page.
Anyone who can help prevent a fire of books please help me to understand current policies and influences on the early years sector. Unit eymp4 2.1 and 2.2.

if you look on the last page of the unit it gives you an idea of the things it needs you to address. page 115 i think things like ECM. equality act eyes and the update the nutbrown review and the tickell report., all stuff you should have studied this year
