Hiya, i'm new to this website and have already found it very helpful.

I have almost finished my NVQ3 and just have one more unit and knowledge questions to do!

I'm really stuck on K3H290!

Can anyone help please!!!!!

What the organisation’s policies and practices are regarding risk assessment and safety and why it is important to follow these.

Is asking how your group or placement performs risk assessments, what the paperwork looks like, how frequently it is updated, risk checks are done, how identified risks are sorted out ..

HSE - Health and Safety Executive is good to browse and RIDDOR is the incident at work reporting system ..
