I'm confused Level 3 Supporting teaching and learning in schools

Hi all,

My head has now hit a mental block. I am currently on assignment 5 - Engage in personal development in health, social care or children's and young people's settings. I am on question 5 - b) Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs, professional interests and development opportunities.
Summarise, in approx. 200 words, the roles of others and the value of their input to you.
This may include:
• the individuals
• other carers
• your supervisor, line manager or employer
• other professionals
I think I have completely over thought it and now cant get my head back to normal.
Can anyone offer a little guidance please?
Thankyou x
