I have a question Cache level 3 *** 3 q5.1

Hi,
First of my posts but I’ve been helped many times by previous and old threads so thanks!

I’m currently doing Assignment 3, schools and colleges as organisations and I’m a bit frazzled on Q5.1, identity the policies and procedures schools and colleges have relating to a) staff, b) pupil welfare etc etc.
I was just wondering if, those of who have done it, just listed the policies?! That seems a bit too simple, but explaining and going into detail on every one would be crazy and a bit repetitive as we’ve already covered quite a few! I definitely overthink this and would just like a nudge in the right direction if possible?!
The next question is asking how policies and procedures contribute to quality in education, so it’s not wanting me to go into all that jazz yet (and I’m pretty sure I can do that one).
Thanks!
