Default K4P765 401 Please help me

I am halfway answering the knowledge questions , I have gone blank on answering this question. Can someone please give me some pointers on how to start this one. I think I know what to put down but whatever I put down does not look right. PLEASE HELP ME

i wrote about respecting each others views, political, cultural, moral, ethical, social or religious, values can affect our thinking on certain issues and are often at the start of disagreements about issues in the setting, all staff need to be careful to separate personal from professional views.
i also wrote about how we plan for equal opps in the setting.refered to equal opps policy and staff recruitment equal ops policy etc.

and stated what antidiscrimary practice means in the setting.
