Help SOS Cyp 3.3

can someone please help this unit is melting my brains!!! i need to write something on how we keep children safe from accidents via safeguarding, i know i have the knowledge but im really struggling to put it down into the assignment.... my tutor says its in the textbook but i cant find it anywhere!!
please help!!

don't you do risk assessments? ensure everything is good quality non broken etc? it is all in the sg chapter

yes we do have risk assessments i was just struggling with how to word it lol! I do have the level 3 textbook but was finding locating the information brain melting.... perhaps it's the heat!
