define the basic nutritional requirements of children and young people to ensure a balanced diet and meet the governments guidance....

I cant seem to find the 5 food based standards, can anyone point me in the right direction I woulod be very grateful x

You need to explain the 'Eatwell plate' this explains all nutritional requirements a child should have according to government.
