Hi, this is what I put just to give you a rough idea.
Children learn to be independent and strong from loving and secure relationships with key workers, staff and carers they learn to respect each other and to understand other peoples feelings, children experience a wide range of feelings which they gradually learn to manage and understand with the support of adults around them, recognising their own feelings will help them recognise other peoples feelings and then they will gradually be more caring towards them. From birth relationships and friendships are a very important development for a child and as they develop socially they gradually start to choose best friends and show preferences for the children that they want to play with, friendships are fun but also offer support and help build the children's emotional development.
