filing has always been a pain you have to get on top and stay on top i use a file system each folder is clearly labeled and on a shelf ie planning observations ofsted ect in each folder are dividers and clear slips this makes it easy to file staight away pick an area at a time and start filing then pick another good luck ps ayt work filing down at home havent filed for a year or so!!!!!

well, has taken a long long time but i think i am finally happy with my filing system at work

we have:
box files for the archive
filing cabinets for the planning ideas and folders
shelves with ring binders on for most everything else
also have a mass of files on my pc, for everything.

all the paperwork is stored in a "walkin" cupboard at the hall we hire, so is finally all in the same place. but some is often between their and my front room!
