Default xplain how the procedures of the work setting protect both children and young people and practitioners - please help!

Hi all,

Im new here so not sure if im posting in the right section but I have had a total blank on this question which is annoying as to me it seems quite straight forward! I have already written some but it is like two paragraphs and to me doesnt seem enough or explains the answer in enough detail so can someone please give me some hints/tips as im stuck! The question again is: Explain how the procedures of the work setting protect both children and young people and practitioners.

Sorry have just noticed ive managed to knock the E off explain!

Thank you! x
