Default cyp 3.7 making a chart to support children in making personal choices?

Hi All this is my first time to this site can anyone help with 2.4 on this unit we have to provide our own evidence for this.

Create a table on how to support children according to their age, needs, abilities to make personal choices and experiences that have a possitive impact on their lives?

?????? any ideas?

Also 3.1 and 3.3 i can't seem to get my head round.

thanks
