I have an interview... HELP!!!

I HAVE A INTERVIEW!!!! :)
So nervous I failed miserably at my last interview I just got tongue tied and jumbled. And they completely stumped me with sinerio questions which I have never had before. I haven't had many interviews before and the job I am currently in I didnt even have a proper interview, but I had volunteered there and they offered me the job because of that. Any help, ideas how I can prepare would be great... I really would like this job, it is just what I have been looking for!!!!

take a pad in write on a 3 bullet point about your strengths, one weakness and how you would improve it, write down 3 questions you would like to ask and when they ask you a question take a pause before you answer, tell them you are nervous it helps!

read your application form and the personal spec before you go in highlight the personal spec where you excel.

i always ask a theory question they may not but have something ready for example how do you think free flow play has impacted on your work or one asked on a panel i did recently which parts of the eyfs do you think have been the most effective.
know your ecm outcomes and eyfs areas use the terms!!! and good luck!

Hi i was told on a course to research the internet to see if you can find out about the place and the layout,that you are going for the job and find out their strengths and weaknesses (ofsted inspection, hearsay from others).

Try to find out what they do such as free flow, do they have a garden, all day opening, etc

Don't know whether this helps and of course a good cv

know how you are feeling i am facing the same situtation and i am equaliy bad at interviews so i wish you luck and know you can do this stop and think about the question before answering and don't waffle too much ask for the question again if you think you are wondering.

Been on holiday so no laptop had a brilliant time back home now hope everything going well with you I am hoping to hear if I have a job interview next week but not looking good need an operation on the start date oh well give me a shout if I can help

Hi Tina
You sounded nice and relaxed on holiday. Yeah everything okay with me couple more questions to complete eymp 5 and then optional units, can't wait to finish, i tend to get brain freeze alot lately but Wendy has been great and helped me.

Thank you for the advise.
At the risk of sounding silly..... what sort of questions do you suggest I ask?
