– Identify ways in which concerns about poor practice can be reported whilst insuring that whistle-blowers and those whose practice or behaviour is being questioned are protected.

If I were to 'blow the whistle' in what ways would I be protected?

Please if anyone can help.

Hi, that is an excellent question to ask your setting's management :)

You can expect to be protected by your manager who will be able to offer you support. Should you lose your job you are protected by law UK Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998
