Default EYE-12 Lead and manage a community based early years setting.

So i think i am going to need a lot of help with this, there seems to be so much to it , please could someone help how i am supposed to do a layout of a fact sheet please?

Please write a fact sheet on community based early years setting- please include:

Written assignment: 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3.
What sort of settings are considered community bases? (Think of pre-schools, children centre….)
What features and purpose of community based settings are? ( think about the EYFS, partnerships with the parents)
How community based setting can support the local community. (Think about parents returning to work, having all services under one roof.)
How Community Based settings benefit:
-Children
-Parents/carers
-The setting itself
-The local community
