Help SOS CYP 3.3, Criteria 2.4

Hey guys (& Gals, don't wanna be called a sexist now XD)
I'm having trouble with this unit at the moment.

Describe the roles & responsibilities of the different organisations that may be involved when a child or young person has been abused or harmed.

I only have information from the Level 3 Diploma Children & Young People's Workforce early learning & childcare book (unknown year because the publisher 4got to date my copy), and we are not really supposed to use them but it's either that or spend countless hours searching the internet

also references would be usefull, thanks guys
Enzo
