Default Unit 6 or CYP 3.6 explain assessment frameworks

Re: Unit 6 or CYP 3.6
question 1.6 explain the assessment frameworks that are used in own UK home nation

Hi I was wondering if anyone can please help me. I've read and read and researched and researched again and I can write about CAF common assessment framework to cover this question but this would only cover england and NI, however I live in Wales and this is not a standard method used. Some of the local authorties use it but my local authority does not, and everything i've read on wales government website just says it was a pilot scheme a few years ago.

Have a missed something or do they call it something else in Wales - really struggling!!!

I was wondering if anyone else struggled who are doing their Level 3 in wales and what they wrote.

Ive also got the problem that my setting has not needed to refer any children in a long time and procedures change - so they are no help either.

Please someone help me

thanks welshy

sorry to be dull but i cant find anything on Common assessment framework wales it says it was a pilot in 2009 but nothing else. some local authorities use some sort of common assessment but not rhondda cynon taff where im based. thats why im confused. i am going to write about in general but i dont know what to put across the board for wales as general. where did you find your info on it. if you dont mind me asking.

on another note thanks for the other parts il write about those but this CAF is seriously driving me mad!! unless ive completely missed something!!!

thanks
