K3D174, for this i wrote value and respect is basis of relationship/we are all different, unique but equal. Differences make us individuals. Then I quoted relevant policies of my setting e.g. Equality/inclusion/anti-discrimination(you might be able to cross-ref. these with other units). Then I wrote about how we promote encourage and respect individuality in my setting. e.g. specific activities resources, topics, star focus, celebrations.

care for others
respect will return respect
built relationships and friendships
socialize in world
one of ELG's
How:
acknowledge children's feelings
talk about own feelings
explain feelings and talk about what they might effect
make children aware of how actions can make others feel
practice put feelings into words
create welcoming environment where feelings can be shared
