hi was wondering if any one where to get info in to this question?

Write a short paragraphs on each of the following describing how they influence a child’s development; include examples
 Genetics inheritance
 Gender
 Health status (physically, mentally)
 Social, cultural, environmental, financial and family background and circumstances.
 Disability and sensory impairments
 Play opportunities and environment
 Discrimination

i answered some points but my tutor want me to to answer the HOW part

Children's development can be hindered depending on their health, mental status, family circumstances etc.

You need to research the reasoning behind the Every Child Matters agenda that will give you a good starting point.
