Hi guys,
I have found this site really helpful and has pointed me in the right direction for many units, however I am needing to post for this last question 4.2

I have looked through the various threads for this particular question and they have helped me think of how to write my answer but I am stuck on the comparison part of the question.

I have written how my setting promotes equality and diversity and given many examples of how we carry these out.

On some of the other threads the other services mentioned are speech therapists, behavourial support and education support. Whether its my brain on overload from all the work Ive done this weekend and I am not thinking straight but the examples given I don't feel give enough of how they promote equality and diversity but more about what they do.

Sorry, again if its my brain on meltdown!

Could anyone give another service I could think of how they promote or give an example of how they do would be much apprieciated.

Uck its been such a long weekend I need to shut off.
