help i need help for k2h82 different type of food allergies and the importance of following setting procedures to ensure children are protected

Sorry I haven't got my folder with me. But food allergies are nut alergies, milk shellfish etc how does your setting put these in to practice to protect the children? In my setting we are not allowed to bring home cooked food for parties etc they have to be from the shop and have labels on them. Also my settign doesn't have nuts allowed due to children with nut allergies. Also there will be a list of the children who have allergies in the staff room and kitchen staff will also be aware of allergies etc.

Sorry I can't me any more of a help but hopefully that gives you a bit of a understanding.
