Help SOS level 3 diploma assessment

hi everyone am struggling with module 11 , i am wondering if anyone can help me with a question: why is it important to be objective when carrying out assessment? thanks in advance.

if you dont particularly like a child if youre observing them will you really see what he is capable of? and vice versa
