Default cypop1 1.3, 1.4, 3.3 help please

Hi I'm sick sick sick I have to do booklet on cypop1 to cover 1.3, 1.4,3.3, and have to cover patterns of development 0-3 for 1.1 and include answers to 1.2 bullet poins can anyone help me please or any ideas I've done 1.3 and 1.4 took me a few hours to design booklet that's why I'm sick pd are so much easier and I'm getting pressure from my assessor

Hi for 1.3:

pre conceptual : mothers and father's health, diet, lifestyle before concieving impacts on the sperm, egg and environment in which a foetus attachs to and develops from.
Smoking
Alcohol
Drugs
Diet, weight and folic acid
Fitness and exercise

pre birth : what occurs during pregnancy affects the developing foetus/baby
If the negative lifestyle choices above remain an active part of the pregnancy
Mother contracts an infection - Germal measels/rubella, toxiplasmosis, food poisoning, STIs
