1.2. Assess a child or young person’s development in the following areas
1.2i. Physical
1.2ii. Communication
1.2iii. Intellectual/ cognitive
1.2iv. Social, emotional and behavioural
1.2v. Moral
1.3. Explain the selection of the assessment methods used
1.4 Develop a plan to meet the development needs of a child or young person in the work setting

I think i completed this with the work from my learning journals, havent had my folder back yet but i am sure this is how i answered these questions.

1.2's - I gave in the form of a scrap book ** ...am still learning my way around this site - very new at the mo!

2-2 explain how to help build self-confidence, independence and self-esteem in young people withmental health problems

2-3 enable young people with mental health problems to express their views, anxieties and feelings about their support needs without fear of pressure or judgement

3-1 describe the statutory and legal framework for protecting young people with mental health problems

3-2 explain how to work in partnership with families, parents, carers or significant others in a. Way that balances the rights and intreast of these young people against any limitations required for their protection
