Default Explain how health and social care practitioners can take steps to safeguard themselves.

hi, I've recently just used this site and it has helped me a lot with my assignments and I'm grateful for it. I need help with this:

Explain how health and social care practitioners can take steps to safeguard themselves.

A clear explanation, using examples, of the actions the practitioner must take within their daily practice to ensure they are protected from harm or litigation and to present accountability. The explanation should also discuss whistleblowing.

I need to put more detail on it, I have to make a report.
