being a small team when needed...we have time at end of most sessions or before them to discuss immediate issues and planning....closure days for training and accreditation work when possible...not get funding for them but we do get paid...call it training budget.

I sit myself down at least once a week and talk myself through how things have gone, have a word with myself about next week's planning and activities, write myself a shopping/wish list depending on how many pennies there are in the bank and discuss with myself what needs doing next in the house or garden.
At least once every 6 months I take myself out for fish and chips and praise myself for the work I do by having bits! ;)

we have a one hour paid staff meeting per half term. were we have an agenda and discuss anything that needs doing. also the chair of the comittee attends and joins in
we also socialise at least twice a half term, to the pub after work.!. and ususally disucss a few bits, not meaning to, but also helps staff morale. we all get on really well together
then if something comes up during the week, we either email each other or chat at the beginning and end of sessions .
