hi all

ive been asked what are my responsibilities within:

*the childrens act 2004?
* united nations convention on the rights of children
*human rights act 1998
*race relations act 2000
*disability discrimination act 1995
*special educational needs and disability act 2001
* data protection act 1998
*common assessment framework
* manual handling
* child protection
* sick children
*medication
*fire drill/ evacuation
*uncollected children
*missing children
* health and safety
* behaviour management
* equal opportunities
*confidentiality
* special needs


does this mean what do i do to reinforce these?

Hi there

I did these last month. You are along the right lines, for example, fire drill/evacuation - I listed what my responsibities would be in the event of, i.e it is my role to ensure everybody has left the building safely, headcount has been carried out, emergency services called etc
