Hi, start with your setting's health and safety policy. What that says will comply with the welfare and safeguarding requirements of EYFS (if in England)
Consider how you check the rooms inside & outside for risk, hazards and fences/gates/doors for security, what the storage of chemicals and resources are eg. ladders, stacking boxes, cleaning materials. How food and medicines are stored. What washing and changing facilities there are, when hand washing happens and what protective clothing is needed/worn. Is everyone trained to lift safely, know what to do in an emergency eg. fire and in different weather conditions eg. ice, exteme heat, and cold. How are accidents reported and to whom? what are children's collection and drop off arrangements?
Hope this helps start things
