Is this a specific list of emergency contacts?
Or are you being asked of all emergency lists you should hold?
If so, how about:

1. Telephone numbers of parents or emergency contacts for children (in case of illness or evacuation of your building due to flood/fire etc)
2. Telephone numbers of practitioners next of kin
3.Doctors/AE unit
4.Plumbers/electricians or any other vital equipment services
5.Relief/Supply Staff members telephone numbers + possibly an
6.Agency for emergency staff

Hi

Thank you for your reply, part of the assignment is regarding rules and regulations of setting up a day care centre so question should be relevant to their emergency numbers rather than the children.

These will help to provide links to your local early years departments, H&S, support & guidance.
Registration, inspection, sef, interviews, advice & guidance
Ensuring suitable persons are employed.
Ensuring a named first aider is present at all times on the premises
You'd need public liability or similar insurance cover.
Fire department will provide certification, advice & guidance for equipment & training.

There's not a regulation that states electrical checks need to be performed annually: hse myth but a PAT inspection - portable appliance testing may provide evidence for an insurance company if needed & possibly as a formative assessment for a settings risk assessment procedures.
Ensuring a settings provision for food is a safe one.

Hope this helps, please pop back to update what you find out xx
