Staff Expectations

Hi all,
I was wondering if you could help me compile some ideas/list of staff expectations? What do you expect from your staff? behaviour and attitude from staff? that sort of thing.
I have started but wonder if I am missing anything or could add to my list.

Any ideas would be gratefully received no matter how obvious as usually the obvious is missed.
