Snowy morning ?

Anyone else get up to lots of snow this morning ?

We had quite a downfall yesterday evening which was nice to watch .. soo cold out though

Yes, at 7am there was loads of snow. By 8am we weren't sure if it would last and didn't wanted disappointed children so we quickly had breakfast and got got dressed. Within five minutes walk we can get to fields/countryside. Although the snow in our street had melted, the fields had plenty still.

We made a huge snowman then someone kindly loffered us the use their sledge as they were building a snowman. We pulled DS/DD round in these till they got too cold. DS decided that snow is too cold, next time it snows he is staying in. I bet he has forgotten that now he is warm.

I'm glad we got out so early as within an hour there was very little snow left.

While still bleary eyed this morning lay in bed and pulled back curtain,yey i shouted snow however it was not to be when i sat up i realised it was only the window was steamed up :weepy:
