You need to research what happened to Victoria Climbie and baby Peter, what the report by Lord Laming is all about and what professionals and agencies were involved in the cases. The information you gather from that will enable you to form ideas about working together, partnership and safeguarding.

Basically they never all worked together, no communication which resulted into their deaths, it was Lord Laming who reviewed and changed the law the way social worker and agencies had to carry out their assessments. i think it was changed in 2006. If you research it all you will know.

Hey! It's about multi-agency teams working together to prevent the harm/death of children like Baby P and Victoria Climbie. You have to research about how the teams didn't work together which resulted in the death of both children :)
