Default out of ideas

need ideas, need to plan an activity where the children take risks and other children can offer support. i also need the children to prepare a healthy eating snack (children ages 2-4) wondering if both activities could go together

how about fruit faces - the children use plastic knives to slice up pieces of fruit to create faces they can then eat. they can help each other by holding the fruit - helping those who struggle - the older children can cut the fruit for the younger ones. we did it with 4 year olds - need soft fruit but it works
