Hi,
I think this means your learning activities, so have you taken part in anything for your course or setting, such as first aid training, INSET days, staff training etc. And then how have they affected the way you do your role/ practice. Such as have you taken part in any safeguarding courses? This could have made your awareness for any children being vulnerable or at risk. It could be that you have shadowed another person and learnt some ways to handle things differently, such as managing/ rewarding positive behaviour. Also through your course, what new things have you learnt from others/ assessors/ tutors/ books etc that you have been able to put into practice.
Then just evaluate how you feel, if you have benefitted or if you feel you need further support or experience to contribute to your personal development.

Hope this helps
