Hi a very warm welcome to the site.
If you look back at the criteria before this one (3.1,3.2,3.3) you'll see how there are a range of ways and practices that make sure children have lots of opportunities to learn in a group and to socialise with their friends, other children and adults.
Reflect on how you prepare the environment for this to happen - large carpet space, tables that seat more than one, how you take the interests of each child into consideration when planning resources and activities - putting out bricks or small world toys in areas where children who specifically enjoy these can come together with others. Songs, dancing and group games. How you monitor the environment/play room so you can see the places that work well and those that can be improved. Consider how you work with colleagues to meet individual children's needs eg. maybe a child has just started in the setting and is finding it difficult to join in with others, one member of staff cannot be in all places so working together as a team means the child is always reassured, invited and can take part in group play & learning activities as they move around the room.
Page 210 of the CYPW handbook looks at EYMP 2 and your EYs framework (Foundation Phase?) will also be good reading.
Hope this helps a little xx
