Help SOS support children in developing relationships

hi guys I'm brain dead at the moment and need a little advice on which way to go on this one
use appropriate strategies for encouraging and supporting children/young people to understand and respect other people's individuality, diversity feelings and points of view. any advice welcomed as i have worked that hard this week that i think i may of drained my brain 4 more to do before wed ahhhhhh got to say the people on this site are amazing i dont think id begetting anyway without you guys xx

You could use a reflective account as it is a 'demonstrate' question.

Use 'Chinese New Year' as an example for diversity and differences? Do the children learn about different cultures in school? Chinese New Year, cooking and taking part in the story of 'The race across the river'.

Feelings & points of views could be about how a child has hurt or upset another child & explaining to that child how they must take into consideration the feelings of others.
