Can anyone help me and tell me how to answer the following question?

Assignment 5 Everyone contributes to good practice in the setting. List Key members of staff and the skills they bring e.g good at paperwork.

Think about the people you work with from the manager to the chef.

Consider how they contribute to the smooth running of the business.

Look at your room colleagues and discuss their strengths - one might really excel at outdoor play ideas while another loves cleaning.

Working in partnership with your colleagues means playing to everyone's strengths.
