Default Website..need policy and consent?

Hi again
Well set up a website for our preschool but we would like to include a photo gallery. We already have photo consent from parents but feel we need one for permission to upload on the website. Any special wording?
Do you think we need a policy about this and the website? Anybody got such a thing?
Any advice about this aprreciated again!

I altered our photo consent to include picures on our website. I run school based childcare so we use the school's website policy.

How easy is it to set up a web site? Im opening up a pre school in sept and the first thing my OH did was buy the name domain for me. We now have the name and I need to find out how to do it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
