oops that might help. see what all this work has done to me!
308.1.5 reflect and acknowledge positive aspects of childrens behaviour and interactions.
308.1.8 positively value diversity and demonstrate acceptabce of similarities and differences

Hey
308.1.5 - I've looked at as the way I show children that I have seen them behave positively i.e. acknowledging the behaviour through rewards. Reflecting (I think) showing how/what/why the positive was done i.e. how the behaviour has impacted others

308.1.8 - From others doing the course where I am they have done an activity where they start out with the same item ie a cut out doll anddrawing around their hand, have then decorated it in their own way and then discussed afterwards what is similar and different about them and how this is good. I've just done one involving gingerbread flowers where the children decorated their own ones, placed them next to each other and then talked about what they liked about the others etc

x
