Default CACHE CCLD Level 3 - Help!!!

Hi there. Need some help with this question please:

Write a medium term curriculum plan for a 4 week period which falls in the run up to the 2012 Olympic Games. Show how this special topic could be incorporated into your curriculum plan. You will need to show clearly how the various activities you plan link with EYFS.

Trying to do too much this week and have reached the point of mental block!
Any ideas gratefully received.
Many thanks.

Have you thought about doing a mini Olympic games??you could have a torch bearer- not real of course, real flame= burnies lol!!the fes are based in London so you could do topics on London and get the children to say what they know about London- depending on what age group youre doing, don't think many three tr olds would understand, but if not you could explain e. G big ben?

Here's some activities you could try-
Big ben= learning about time= intellectual & marhatical development
Building ur own stadium for dollies, Teddies etc = constrction = fine motor skills
Where the Olympics comes from= Greece= Greek food, stories
Own Olympic games= children decide what games to play=promoting independence=role-play=gross motor skills

Don't know if thats the sort of thing you needed??!!

Sorry about any grammar mistakes doing it on my iPhone with the predictive text on!! Lol:reading:
