Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce.

Hi I'm just about to finish my last question, can't believe it!!

Just wondering how long it takes to have my folder verified and find out if I've passed? Has anyone received their certificate yet?

Many thanks x

One of my class has completed and received their certificate. Took my provider about 8 weeks from completing to awarding body issuing the certificate for CYPW Diploma 3

I have almost finished onto last couple of optional assignments, have finished my work based assessments just last couple of bits to tick off.

I can't wait to be done has been a long and hard year!!!

I my assessor is making me break down the 0-19years table into like 3 groups in each section for example 0-3 months is now 0-1,0-2,0-3 did everyone else have to do this in theirs? Also please can someone give me some pointers on the moral development section. I have some down (not for the first two age groups) but i haven't put much at all.

Please help

Hello I'm doing the CACHE course but I believe this question is CYP Core 3.3/6.4. I included that they need:
Support whilst discussing the process and the reasons for the process, such as road safety - stop, look, listen etc.
Allowing them to practice the task whilst being supported
Then allowing them to carry out the task under supervision
Then finally when they are empowered they can make their own choices without supervision.

I also wrote a reflective account of how I've done this in practice - I chose self care.

Hope this helps.

Hi I certainly broke this down a lot, probably too much.
Birth, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 2 and a half years, 3 years, 4 years, 5-6 years, 7-9 years, 9-11 years, 11-13 years, 13-16 years and 16-19 years.

Some moral development is

No understanding of right or wrong
Keen to understand rules
Keen to tell others when rules are broken
Awareness of consquences
Understanding of the need of rules in society
Interest in moral issues
Peer pressure

Hope this helps
