Help SOS CYP3.7 Assignment 031 - Please help me :(

Hiya guys i'm new here! Basically i've just got this one outcome left to cover in my report and i'm so so stuck!
how to support children and young people according to their age, needs and abilities to make personal choices and experiences that have a positive impact on their lives use THREE examples 2.4
I understand the question I just can't word it properly, I can't think of anything to say!
I understand personal choices such as brushing teeth, eating healthy etc but as I've just wrote an essay on why it's important for children to make their own choices i feel like i'm just repeating myself. I've got all worked up and have got serious writers block I can't even write a sentence! I've researched til my eyes ache and the Lv3 handbook hasn't been helpful :( Please help me :(
Thank you! x

Default hope helps :)

The early years are a period of opportunity to establish a solid neural foundation for later development. The early years are also a period of increased risk that can compromise a child’s development for life. Children’s ability to develop secure relationships and their general resilience all depend on the early year care they receive from parents, pre-school teachers. Children living in poverty, disadvantaged families and communities, are at higher risk of negative outcomes during this period.
To support children and young person’s development we need to:
-safeguarding children and young people
-implementing and promoting equal opportunity
-give them opportunities to express their needs and their interests
-being positive adult role model to inform and guide their choices
-learning and skill-building opportunities that build the self-esteem and self-confidence necessary to their mental health.
-develop children’s and young people’s ability to make effective life choices by recognising them as decision-makers.
-facilitate transitions: from home to school, from primary to secondary and from childhood to adulthood.
-remove barriers and raise achievement of children with special educational needs and disabilities by:
*providing information in different ways, such as: audio, pictorial, larger print.
*an improvement to the physical environment, such as: lifts, room layout, and lighting.
*providing different range of specialists, speech therapist, sign language
-improving relationships between different racial groups
-ensuring that staff working at school reflect cultural diversity of society
-promoting greater involvement of parents and community
-improving the behaviour of pupils
-sport training and team experiences to help develop effective social and communication skills, build positive relationships, make friends and find social support.

As this course is from birth to 19 you need to include young people also so with this in mind think about wider age range:-
Friends
A releativly passive child may befriend someone who is more boisterous, aggressive and display unwanted behaviour. - how could this affect the first child, might they develop unhealthy habbits of negative behaviour? Whilst children have the right to choose their own friends (UN rights of a child) how could practitioners encourage a healthier friendship?

Computer games/social netowrk sites
If a child is always wanting to play on computers how would this affect their physical, social and emotional development? What if they play ganes that are violent, aimed at an older market? Could this have an affect on their behaviour? how could practitioners promote a healthier choice for the child.
Poor diet - affects on health and development
Smoking, drinking, druga and solvent abuse - short term and long term affects on their life chances.
Underage/unprotected sex - what could happen

If children are armed with the facts about decisions they may face they are more likely to make an informed choice and less likely to allow peer pressure to influence them.
Hope this hepls

To shellyjoe... could you help me with this question cyo3.7 4.2

A comparison, giving at least two examples of ways in which services for children, young people and their carers take account and promote equality, diversity and inclusion to promote positive outcomes. (4.2)

I am working as a Nanny..
Many thanks...
