Hi, this will depend on your workplace/professional, personal and imaginative experiences.

The type, severity or vindictiveness of bullying varies. If you can think of an occasion where one of the following happened, how did you respond and what guidance did the setting's policies and procedures offer in order for you to deal with the situation satisfactorily?

5.1 Bullying e.g.
Physical (Pushing, kicking, hitting, pinching and other forms of violence or threats)
Verbal (Name-calling, insults, sarcasm, spreading rumors, persistent teasing)
Emotional. (Excluding, tormenting, ridicule, humiliation)
Cyberbullying ( the use of Information and Communications Technology particularly mobile phones and the internet, deliberately to upset someone else)

Types of bullying entered into the search page will return other threads for you.

Best wishes
