Unit 136 Outcome 2 HELP!!!

im completely confused what to put, its asking me to describe 3 approaches to improving practices in relation to the curriculum i have placed with my team. um i work in a nursery and i dont lead a team so im stuck i work in mobile babies which are all under 2
