Book Review need help please

:idea: on how to do a introduction on observations K3D206 303.1.6 and any ideas on what to put in K3P318 307 thats the only 2 question i need then thats me completed CCLD NVQ Level 3

Andrea66 - I have pm'd you with the front sheet we were required to do for our observations, also my background info. I am not sure this is what you need, however hopefully it will help!
