K2D40
Why is it important, when carrying out your first few observations, that you check your findings and notes with your supervisor?
(i kinda know this one but just not sure how to put it in words on paper and whether im on the right track)

K2D43
How do chidren learn through play? in order to develop, learn and grow

K2D45
Why is it important that children are helped to develop in all areas of developement?

Are the areas of developmen linked?

Many thanks
Charlotte

you check your findings with others firstly to make sure that you have the parents permission to observe them, also to make sure you are following the correct procedures of your settings and so that if you have any concerns about the child you can cross reference or share them with the other carers so that they are aware of them and monitor the child. Children learn knowledge and skills through play, they learn how to share and play with others therefore learning social skills, they also gain confidence by trying out new activities without being under pressure.not sure about the other questions though dont want to give the wrong answer.
