Default LLUK 313 engaging fathers

Hello, just looking for a bit of guidance on:
2.3 explain and demonstrate the use of key communication strategies and/or skills involved in working in partnership with fathers from diverse communities.

Feel like I have already sort of covered this in 2.2 which was strategies for building relationships, but it's also the 'diverse communities' bit which is throwing me!

Any help appreciated thank you!
